NAA! (Netherlands Angry Architects; Nederlandse Architecten Anonieme; NAA het werk) seeks to improve working conditions and empower workers to exercise greater control over the architecture, building, and design industries.

Initiated in 2022, with the support of Failed Architecture and the Dutch Trade Union Federation (FNV), it works through a “workers inquiry” approach that involves public “workers-only” meetings, ad hoc advice, as well as reports, explainers, and live discussions.
