NAA! (Netherlands Angry Architects; Nederlandse Architecten Anonieme; NAA het werk) is a collective that organizes architectural workers to advocate for fair labour, transparency, sector accountability and worker-led governance across architecture and building sectors.

Initiated in 2022, with the support of Failed Architecture and the Dutch Trade Union Federation (FNV), it works through a “workers inquiry” approach that involves public “workers-only” meetings, ad hoc advice, as well as reports, explainers and live discussions.
