Two Dutch lighting designers gather their knowledge and passion for light to provide a glimpse into the many facets of design and crucialness of a thought-out lighting design within the build environment.

Carlijn Timmermans is the founder and architectural lighting designer of C.Light.Wise. As independent lighting designer she works on challenging projects in the public realm. Next to that she is ambassador of Women in Lighting Netherlands where she is creating a platform for visibility and diversity within the Dutch lighting community.

Linda Salamoun works as a consultant lighting designer at Deerns, where she is part of a multidisciplinary engineering team that focuses on sustainability and the build environment within public spaces such as hospitals, schools, municipalities, museums, etc.
