We are an architecture firm based in Rotterdam and founded by Pieter Sprangers and Tom Bokkers. Our Toko is located between the Schieblock and the Central Station, and from there we keep an eye on new opportunities and possibilities for the city.

We are creative, enterprising, and socially conscious. In a time and a world in which major transformations are put under the microscope, the solutions are not obvious. To make the world more attractive, greener, and more habitable, we support radical ideas that ought to be the cornerstone of every plan.
