The exhibition Atlas van Mogelijkheden shows how Rotterdam can use the existing city in a smarter way to create more living space. The research, conducted by Platform Woonopgave and Vereniging Deltametropool, explores five strategies: adding extra floors to existing buildings, subdividing homes, shared housing, transformation, and tackling vacancy.

Through maps, analyses, and examples, the exhibition reveals where opportunities lie for the future of housing in Rotterdam. Visitors gain insight into how the existing housing stock can be used more effectively – without immediately adding new construction to the city.
