The housing market demands a different approach, as there is a substantial shortage of both affordable homes for purchase and for rent. There are not many options in this segment currently. We aim to do things differently: starting from a location, we initiate a CPO (Collective Private Commissioning) or a HOUSING COOPERATIVE for the rental sector, or a combination of both.
