Children’s workshop: Discover Biodiversity
How can you protect local nature?
Celebrate the Rotterdam Architecture Month with Archiklas and experience Children’s Climate Ateliers, every Friday in June at the Amelandseplein in Carnisse, Rotterdam.
Archiklas’s workshops help you learn important design skills around themes such as climate adaptation, water management, recycling and biodiversity.
On Friday 21 and 28 June, children will discover the plants and animals of Amelandseplein. They learn about diversity and design and build animal houses themselves, such as insect hotels.
These activities help children learn more about the nature close to home and how they can protect it.
The workshops take place from 16:00 to 18:00 and you can walk in you (no need to register up front).
