Visit the Classics by Night to (re)discover Rotterdam after nightfall.

Groundbreaking buildings and Rotterdam classics open their doors after closing time. Learn everything about the highlights of Rotterdam’s most famous steamship and see how the quiet Bijenkorf comes to life with an exciting interlude of modern dance.

The renovated Holbeinhuis also opens its doors: after an extensive renovation, the iconic building on the Coolsingel has regained its original allure. In the tearoom of the Van Nelle Factory composer and architect Murat Ali Cengiz performs a musical piece inspired by the building’s unique architecture. And exclusively for the Day and Night of Architecture, AFFR organizes a special screening of the sci-fi classic Silent Running (1972) by Douglas Trumbull in the Museumpark.
