Every Friday afternoon you can do creative things at Amelandseplein and learn everything about climate adaptation.

During the KinderKlimaatAtelier there are activities about climate adaptation, greenery and water for children from 7 to 14. Do you know where drinking water comes from? How do you grow a seed? How do you cool down on a hot day? How do you make rain puddles disappear on the street? What do you already know about the water system in the Netherlands and why is green good?

There is always an experiment or a creative activity! There are also activities for adults.

For children:

• Experiments with sun and shadow
• Construct a pavilion
• Decorate a canvas and object for the shadow place

For adults:

• Sew the canvas for a shadow place
• Decorate object for shadow place
• Wood construction
• Every Friday from 16:00 to 18:00
