During this exhibition contemporary artists and designers let you rediscover the ordinary places around us.

The many stories of the Nieuwe Binnenweg come to life in a collage – tapestry, photos, quotes – by architects Leyla Hepsaydir and Rebekka Schächer. Photographer Elvira Smit takes us to places where public warning sirens sound every month. The resulting pictures form a fascinating cross-section of the Dutch landscape. And artist Gill Baldwin places plants from the OMI back garden in a large revolving installation, provoking questions about the meaning of nature in our immediate surroundings. The exhibition Current Traces #01 brings together three contemporary visions of the city and landscape.

You can visit the exhibition from 4 June till 18 August 2024. The exhibition location is open from Thursday till Saturday (13:00-18:00) and freely accessible.
