On Tuesday, June 27, AIR – Architectuur Instituut Rotterdam organizes an expert session about the financial economic side of the housing task, in collaboration with the CRa (College van Rijksadviseurs) and Platform Woonopgave.

The financial side of the housing task still often remains underexposed from the spatial field. How do we achieve affordable housing? What is the influence of the land market and could and should it be different? Are other development strategies and models needed? These questions and more will be addressed in the expert session in which various topics will be tackled at different work tables. The evening will start with plenary introductions by Wouter Veldhuis (CRa) and Sanne van Manen (MVRDV, Platform Woonopgave) and will end with another plenary session.
