Walkshop: Is this mine or ours?

An educational tour along collective spaces in Bospolder and M4H.

Why does a street feel the way it does? Do I feel welcome, safe, or lost? Do I want to sit down here or hurry through? Why do some neighbors place flowerpots outside, while elsewhere the curtains remain closed?

During the walk, you will reflect on your own experiences and analyze the space around, in order to better understand the factors that influence the “livability” of a street, square, or park.

The route

Starting from Keilewerf, the walk will go into Bospolder, where you will encounter examples of public and semi-private spaces in this neighborhood, characterized by a mix of architectural periods and housing price ranges. Then the dike will be crossed again, back to M4H, where, drawing on the lessons from the walk, there will be formed an advice to the designers of the new district set to emerge here over the next decade.
