Visit KCAP’s studio on Feijenoord Island and get a glimpse into our daily work in architecture, urbanism, and landscape design. Join guided tours through our workspace in an industrial heritage building, where models of past and current projects are on display. We also host short presentations throughout the day, offering insights into our design approach and ongoing projects.

Two featured projects are highlighted in the “Summer in Schiemond” exhibition:
• Feijenoord Island Transformation: A collaborative redevelopment of Rotterdam’s former harbor area into a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood.
• Eindhoven Station Area: A large-scale urban plan to transform the Fellenoord district into a high-density, sustainable hub for living, working, and mobility.

After your visit, take a walk through the Piekstraat area. Here, you can see our Piekstraat Tower under construction: a 22-story residential building that reflects the area’s industrial heritage. Nearby, Skateland Rotterdam showcases vibrant street art, adding a splash of color and urban culture to the neighborhood.
