During the day you will be able to see design models, sketches, scale models, software code and interactive partial tests. They will present the design process of two design projects:

Cloud city AI

Cloud City AI is an interactive installation that visualizes the impact of artificial intelligence on cities. This installation is currently on display at the exhibition Artificial intelligence in Parque de las Ciencias in Granada Spain and will travel to the Vienna Science Museum next year.

Cloud circular smart rain barrel

Working on the climate is often so dull. Boring. But it shouldn’t be. Cloiq has come up with something unique: a smart rain barrel in the shape of a cloud. This is saved together by collecting plastic. With the collected plastic we print a cloud of a rain barrel with a 3D printer. The rain barrel, full of technical gadgets, regulates the ultimate water level on its own. She reads the weather forecast via the internet and empties herself before the downpour. The sewer is relieved and the risk of flooding is reduced. In periods of drought, the cloud will rain and water the plants. The clouds are placed back in the neighborhood where the plastic was collected. This is how we work together on a climate-proof living environment.
