Rotterdam Late Night #101
On Thursday, June 27, Rotterdam Late Night will present a special program from the Henket pavilion in collaboration with Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen.
Presenter Ernest van der Kwast pays tribute to Karin van Straalen, security guard at the Depot. Architect Francine Houben talks about her design for the large-scale renovation of the museum. Designer Christien Meindertsma joins us for a conversation about Rotterdam sheep’s wool and the special piano that the museum purchased from her. Architect and researcher Sereh Mandias gives a mini-lecture on the history of the Boijmans building. The band Stöma plays compelling funk rock.

- The Henket pavilion is located in the southern wing of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, adjacent to the Museum Garden. The entrance can be found on the side of the Museum, located on the Melkkoppad. The entrance can be recognized by a large Rotterdam Architecture Month sign.
