On Thursday 5 June, Rotterdam Late Night will present a special edition from the Schiehavenhallen, in collaboration with Rotterdam Architecture Month and AIR.

What to expect?

Writer Ernest van der Kwast will pay tribute to Carlos Wouter, the ‘gardener of Schiemond’. Architect and founder of Platform Woonopgave Sanne van Manen will talk about future-proof living. Founder of ArchitectuurMAKEN Nina Aalbers will talk to presenter Tara Lewis about circular and climate-adaptive construction. There will be a sparkling mini-lecture about the history of Schiemond and singer-songwriter Philine will play beautiful pop.

NB: The night will be held in Dutch.

This programme is part of the Rotterdam Architecture Month, and takes place in festivalhart Schiemond, an expiremental breeding ground for ‘Paris proof’ design.
