Housing cooperatives contribute to a livable city and form a strong, proven, and community-driven alternative between social housing and the commercial market. During the second Rotterdam Day for Housing Cooperatives, everyone who believes in affordable, collective, and future-proof living will once again come together. Join us and discover how housing cooperatives can also become a reality in Rotterdam.

Keilecollectief, AIR, CrowdBuilding, the Municipality of Rotterdam, and RoCoCo invite all Rotterdam residents interested in collective and cooperative forms of housing to come together and discuss what is needed to make housing cooperatives possible here as well. Because living together is the future.

The program takes place from 12:30 to 18:00 and is filled with inspiration and practical information.
We begin with Toon Maassen and his lecture “Op weg naar een coöperatieve stad”.
After that, we will split into themed discussion tables twice for one hour, covering topics such as:

• How do I create collective space within my cooperative, and for the neighborhood? By CoWonen
