Since January 2025, RoCoCo has been campaigning and working towards making the cooperative housing model accessible to all citizens of Rotterdam. They support groups who want to found a housing cooperative, work together with the municipality to create favorable and much needed conditions for cooperative housing in Rotterdam. Year round RoCoCo organize meet-ups to share knowledge, information, experience, inspiration and to make plans. It is a divers group of citizens, (societal) designers, developers, cultural programmers, (process) architects and urban psychologists.
