Netherlands Angry Architects: Drinks & Conversation
on Employee Participation in architecture offices
Netherlands Angry Architects invite you for a chill afternoon of drinks during Rotterdam Architecture Month, where they begin a discussion and knowledge exchange on employee participation in architecture offices.
In the context of celebrating architecture and urban space especially in Rotterdam a city known for its famous architecture and dense concentration of offices they also want to create room for the people working within these spaces to share their experiences, perspectives and concerns.
They will discuss topics related to employee participation structures such as staff meetings, employee representation (PVT) and works councils (OR).
Following a the meeting organised in Amsterdam in November 2025 this gathering aims to collect informal feedback and input from participants. Based on this Netherlands Angry Architects hope to organise a follow up workshop or learning session with professionals after the summer.
