During the Closing Jam, the members of RUSH World show off their moves at the Floating Skatepark in the floating festival heart.

The festival heart of Rotterdam Architecture Month ’23 is located in the Maashaven and consists of three enormous barges. In the middle barge, freerunner and designer Onur Eren of RUSH World has designed an urban sports area where urban sports such as skating, freerunning and calesthenics can be practiced. As a visitor to the floating festival center, you might see some spectacular moves or impressive tricks pass by!

About RUSH World

At RUSH World, anyone ages 7 and up can take freerun classes in a safe environment. Freerunning is a sport that involves running, jumping, climbing, hanging and doing tricks over all around objects and buildings. Members learn basic techniques during regular lessons under the guidance of professional freerunners and can develop step by step both motorically, physically and mentally.

• Participating (as an athlete) in the Closing Jam is only for members of RUSH World.
• As a visitor of the festival heart, you can come and watch. Buy a regular ticket for the festival heart with a time slot during this event here. Report to the Rotterdam Architecture Month welcome desk on the square in front of the Maassilo. Have your ticket scanned here. You will receive a wristband that gives you access to the floating festival heart.
• IMPORTANT: Do not go directly to the floating platforms without a wristband, as you will not be granted.
