NAA! (Netherlands Angry Architects; Nederlandse Architecten Anonieme; NAA het werk) is a collective that organizes architecture workers to advocate for fair working conditions, transparency, sector responsibility, and employee-led governance within the architecture and construction sector.

Founded in 2022, with support from Failed Architecture and the Federation of Dutch Trade Unions (FNV), it operates from a “workers inquiry” approach. This includes public meetings exclusively for employees, ad hoc advice, as well as reports, explainers, and live discussions.
