Construction of the Test Site Materialenwerf in pictures
The Test Site Materialenwerf is not a final vision, but a place in development. During Rotterdam Architecture Month, the site is growing step by step. Materials harvested from the region have been given a new purpose here, and the wooden pavilion, designed by Studio ACTE, is slowly rising among the existing elements.
Visitors can follow the construction process up close and see which choices and solutions are needed to build circularly. Photographer Paul Swagerman captured this development. His images tell the story of a place that changes every day. Here is an update so far!
